"We mourn it and also ask for help"

{remember those days when everything was happiness, joy, vacilón with friends ... well this semester, maybe for me was the best half, when nothing mattered and no one, just us themselves and the school of course, we might not very well or had dark days ... ahhh, but we were always with some energy, happiness, nobody disturbed us and walk in the spirit of the clouds.

remember and wonder why those days are gone fading slowly?, Why now are so few?, Why not repeat?, Why let external things affect us so much?, No I wish that those days are gone, I come back again more often ... and just have fun!}

Depression makes our view of the surrounding world narrows to the extent that we distort reality. We only look at the negative aspects of life, and as positive as we pass if they had any importance or simply do not exist. We reject stupid all options open to us to solve our problem, until it seems that no solution is possible. Is upon us and distressing lingering sadness, as the sudden death of someone very dear to us causes pain that lasts for weeks, months or even years.

's like we're trapped
in a dark cave with no exit, or perhaps a tunnel that starts in constant pain and goes to the very hell, without any exits or to heaven or to happiness. We began to believe that nothing can relieve us and our pain will not stop ever. And tomorrow the same, or worse. Perhaps the only solution is death!

Suicide does not solve anything, all it does is bring forward the end without finding the solution. You can not say that suicide is an option, since "choice" means "eligibility or choice," and suicide robs us forever one and other. Death is an irreversible event that not only eliminates pain, but also transmits those around us and especially those who love us.
